Safety Measures In-Store

We are currently taking appropriate measures in combating the spread of COVID-19. Scheduled cleaning will be performed as usual, and strict cleaning guidelines will be followed.

We will also be following COVID-19 preventative measures as recommended by the Singapore Government, including:

  • Social distancing
  • Use of masks
  • Use of hand sanitisers
  • Limiting the number of people in the store

Store purchases

Any store-bought jewellery is eligible for an exchange or refund if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchases. Please bring along the original sale, e-receipt or gift receipt for proof of purchase.

Online purchases

Any jewellery bought on Sparkle Online is eligible for an exchange or refund if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchases. Please bring along the original sale, e-receipt or gift receipt for proof of purchase.

Most of your jewellery should last for a long time if cared for properly. Pearls should be kept free from dirt and residue. You may gently wipe them with a slightly damp cloth.
